To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made within less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your card on file. If a payment is denied for any reason the client must settle outstanding balance before re-booking. We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your card on file. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client.
